Structurely Rebrands as 21X, Launches AI Sports Revenue Platform
21X SPORTS uses AI across phone, text and email to engage existing fan databases for ticketing, renewals and merchandise campaigns.
21X SPORTS combines automated fan outreach with GameAbove Sports’ industry relationships to target ticketing, renewals and merchandise campaigns.
Structurely has rebranded as 21X and launched 21X SPORTS, a sports revenue business that uses AI across phone, text and email to engage existing fan and customer databases.
Announced Oct. 7, the business is owned by 21X and was developed with GameAbove Sports. Potential applications include ticket sales and renewals, reengaging lapsed buyers, merchandise offers and other commercial campaigns for collegiate athletic departments, professional and minor league teams, leagues, and sports product and apparel companies.
The platform is designed to handle initial outreach, answer routine questions and identify interest before connecting qualified prospects with human staff. It combines AI engagement, voice, SMS, email and workflow orchestration in one system. The company positions that approach as a way to reach larger audiences while reserving staff time for conversations requiring judgment or relationships.
“Structurely was built to help businesses create more revenue from the demand and customer relationships they already have.” — Corey Welch, CEO, 21X
GameAbove Sports will contribute industry relationships, business development experience, and sales insight. CapStone Holdings, the parent company of both 21X and GameAbove, is supporting the expansion with new funding and resources; the announcement did not specify an investment amount.
The company said existing Structurely services, integrations, support and platform access would continue without interruption under the new name. The launch announcement did not identify sports customers, pricing or measured revenue results.
In a subsequent Oct. 8 announcement, 21X named Adam Squire president of 21X SPORTS. He will oversee market strategy, partner development and commercial growth. Squire, who joined CapStone Holdings in 2022, has led sports operations for GameAbove Sports, managing professional athlete relationships and sports partnerships.
