Ticketmaster Brings Live Event Discovery to Claude

Ticketmaster has expanded its AI-powered event-discovery network to Anthropic’s Claude, giving fans a way to find live events and view ticket availability through conversation.
Fans can connect the Ticketmaster app from Claude’s connector directory, then ask about concerts, sports, theater, festivals and other events. They can also call the app with “@Ticketmaster” in a chat. The integration can surface eligible event listings, ticket availability, prices and seating options. Fans leave Claude for Ticketmaster to complete a purchase.
Ticketmaster says eligible events can appear in relevant searches without additional implementation by event organizers. Its examples include finding two tickets to a football match below a specified price or asking what events are happening nearby during a given month.
The Ticketmaster connector is listed in Anthropic’s marketplace as a verified integration built by Ticketmaster. The listing identifies event search and ticket-finding functions. Ticketmaster also lists ChatGPT, Google and Amazon Alexa+ among the AI-powered platforms across which it is expanding event discovery.
The Claude integration places Ticketmaster inventory in another conversational search channel while keeping the transaction on Ticketmaster’s marketplace.
